CREATIVE DREAMS GETAWAYS

This Story began about 10 years ago when I fell in love with scrapbooking. I attended a Creative Memories retreat with about 35 other women whom I did not know except my friend Chrissy. I have not looked back since that day, made some great friends and albums along the way. We attend a big retreat every year as our annual thing, however this was not enough so we decided to do a couple of extra retreats with just a small group (8 - 10). The hardest thing was to find a house/place to accommodate our needs.

This is where an idea was born!

What if there was a purpose built home with a craft studio attached in a beautiful quiet setting? A place where bedding is supplied and some equipment provided so you have to bring less? This place would have to be special!

Australia Day 2017 I went to Maldon Victoria for the first time and knew straight away this was the place. A beautiful historic little town with Mt Tarrengower close by for a gorgeous view, not too far from Melbourne, Echuca and Bendigo my next favourite places and perfect for a weekend getaway.

So here we are 12 months later preparing to build the dream - What a great adventure this is going to be.

Just a small group for weekend away with close friends who love to craft have a drink or two and relax

With the help and feedback from my crafty friends our aim is to provide the best small retreat accommodation that we can.
